Telegram for a sales team

DZAMO sends lead cards, reminders and assistant answers to wherever your team already works. That can be Telegram, WhatsApp or the CRM.

What the team gets

Handoff

A ready lead card

It shows the request, the budget, a short summary of the conversation and a link to the client.

Control

A reminder for the manager

If nobody has picked the conversation up in time, the system nudges the manager about it.

Assistant

Answers for your staff

A manager asks about a price, a configuration or a rule and gets the answer from the same working knowledge base.

What it looks like in practice

Where the information should go

To the managers: new lead cards, conversation summaries, reminders and answers from the internal assistant.

To me: alerts about technical failures, so I can find the cause and restore service quickly.

We pick the channel around your team. All of this can go to Telegram, WhatsApp or the CRM.

Questions about Telegram

Our clients do not use Telegram. Why would we need it?

Telegram can simply be your team’s internal channel: lead cards, reminders and answers from the internal assistant arrive there. If your managers live in WhatsApp or the CRM, we send the same information there instead.

Can Telegram be a client-facing channel too?

Yes. If clients message you on Telegram, DZAMO can answer them there under the same rules and from the same knowledge base.

What does the manager see in the notification?

Whatever the manager actually needs: the request, the budget, a short summary and a link to the client.

Where does the deal history live?

The conversation and the client fields stay in the CRM. Telegram, WhatsApp or whichever channel the team works in gives them fast access to notifications and to the assistant.
