How I handle data on dzamo.co
This page describes what data is collected via the request form and analytics, why it is needed, and how to request access, correction or deletion.
1. What this covers
This policy applies to the dzamo.co website, its "Request a demo" form and the communication that starts after a request.
When you follow links to third-party services (Telegram, Yandex and others), their own data processing rules apply.
2. What data I collect
From the request form:
- the contact you left (@username, phone or email);
- monthly lead volume, monthly revenue, niche and main pain point — if you provided them;
- the page the request came from, the language version of the site (Russian or English) and UTM tags, if present in the link.
Technical data (via Yandex Metrica): IP address, browser and device type, language, referrer, visit time, clicks, form events, cookies and localStorage.
Please do not send passport data, card details, medical or other sensitive information through the form — it is not needed for a request.
3. Why the data is needed
- to reply to your request and contact you via the channel you chose;
- to prepare a demo and an offer for your business;
- to improve the website and analytics;
- to protect the website from spam and abuse.
4. Legal grounds
Data is processed on the basis of your consent (submitting the form), legitimate interest in analytics and website security, and the need to respond to your request. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to me by email or on Telegram.
5. Who it may be shared with
I do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with services required to run the website, communication and analytics:
- Vercel — website hosting and the form handler;
- Telegram — notification about a new request and follow-up correspondence;
- Yandex Metrica — web analytics, click maps, session replay, technical diagnostics.
Some services may process data outside your country, under the terms of the respective provider.
6. Retention periods
- requests, contacts and correspondence — up to 3 years after the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion;
- analytics data — according to Yandex Metrica settings.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent or an end to communication.
Write to georgij.dzamukov@gmail.com or on Telegram @dzamukov. To help me find your data, mention the contact you left in the form.
8. Security
I restrict access to requests, use work accounts with access control and never publish client conversations without permission. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure.
9. Updates
I may update this policy when the website, form, analytics or legal requirements change. The new version is published on this page with its date.
